EI Assessment Consultation
Requirements
- Must complete the EQ Assessment prior to consultation. The process requires the data analysis of the EQ Assessment report.

Consultation with EI Certified Expert
Consultation to analyze and discuss the assessment results with an aim to develop tangible actions towards your EI Developmental Journey. The sessions will look at the eight competencies results and correlate it to success factors that you will identify that are important for your own growth.
The consultation will include, but not limited to:
- Relation of EI to your success
- Enhance areas of strength on your EI competencies
- Actions to specifically target growth on areas of development
- Access to resources to increase your EI

Yes, based on your interest and focus for development of Emotional Intelligence, you should choose one that best suits your needs
Yes, you must complete and online EI Assessment that will be provided to you for completion. Using your report, which will be shared with you, the EI expert practitioner will review the reports and conduct a consultation with you to reach a concrete plan to develop EI competencies. You have the option to redo the assessment after a period of time to assess how well you have done and where your gaps may exist.
